BINCHY AND BINCHY is a multi- award winning boutique architecture and design practice. Their work marries international expertise with cultural and contextual understanding. The design studio is known for exploring the history and aesthetic language of the region, and blending contemporary design with local influences.
Recent acclaim includes Architectural Digest Top 50 Designers in the Middle East, AD50 2021, Identity Design Power List 2021, and winner of the Index Award for Boutique Firm of the Year 2021. Highly Commended in the Residential Architecture Category at Identity Awards 2021, Binchy and Binchy’s residential projects were also selected as part of Dubai’s Inaugural Architecture Festival, d3 in partnership with the Royal Institute of British Architects, Gulf Chapter. Their work has also been featured in the BBC Documentary ‘Rethinking Design’.

JENNIE BINCHY

Jennie Binchy graduated from The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, London in 2002, and after working in Hong Kong and London for several years, she moved to Dubai in 2008. Working for a local practice, under Jennie’s tutelage, her design department began to win awards for their work year after year.
After completing projects for global giants including General Electric, Xerox and Christian Dior, Jennie co-founded her multi-disciplinary studio in 2015, to focus on architectural work, often encompassing with interior design and product design as part of the project.
Noted by Commercial Interior Design as ‘one of the region’s most exciting designers’, ‘a star to watch out for’ by Gulf News, and ‘Names to Know: 14 Women Designers in the Middle East’ by Architectural Digest 2021.
Jennie is keen on maintaining a theoretical and intellectual focus in her work, channelling artistic concepts into functional and practical solutions.

CEZAR BINCHY

OPERATIONS & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Fluent in English, Arabic, French, German and Russian, Cezar Binchy has had a long spanning, 20 year career in business development, trading and operations across the Middle East.
Settling in Dubai in 2002, Cezar has been designing, delivering and maintaining highly specialised training facilities for the military and law enforcement across the region, using the latest technology, materials and constuction techniques. Cezar is well versed in confidential, highly secure and complex fit out projects where integration, coordination and management are key.
In addition to running his business dedicated to these specialist private projects, Cezar co-founded Binchy and Binchy in order to bring regional knowledge and expertise to the practice. Cezar is involved in many aspects including construction and procurement, consultant and contractor engagements, daily operations and business development.
